1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You must not use the platform for illegal activities.

2. Registration & Payment

• A one-time registration fee of ₹400 is required.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Fees are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

3. Conduct

• Treat companions with respect and dignity.
• No harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior.
• Companions have the right to end a booking if boundaries are crossed.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
• No-shows are charged the full amount.

Registration Fee (₹400)

• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• It covers profile creation, verification, and platform access.

Booking Payments

• Full Refund: Cancellation 48+ hours before booking.
• 50% Refund: Cancellation 24-48 hours before booking.
• No Refund: Cancellation less than 24 hours or no-show.

Service Quality Issues

• If a companion fails to provide the agreed service, contact support.
• We will investigate and issue a refund if warranted.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
